Gazebo Kits shipping terms

Our manufacturing center is located 65 miles northwest of Chicago Il. We deliver gazebos on our own trucks within a 3 hour radius. For all other areas, gazebos are shipped via common freight carrier.

Common freight carriers are either a 48' or 53', 18 wheel semi trailer.  All common freight carrier shipments are "curbside" delivery due to the nature of common carriers.  Curbside delivery means it is delivered to your "curbside."  Customers receiving a curbside delivery should have at least two people to take the structure off of the truck.  Most structures can be unloaded by two people within 30 to 45 minutes.  We ship common carrier because it is the most cost efficient for the customer.  We do have access to other options.  If a common carrier can not reach your point of destination, please let us know ahead of time so we can see if we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Gazebo kits are shipped in preassembled wall & roof panels.
